Shipping & Delivery Policy

Horizon Family Academy and Horizon Credit Services provide digital products, online programs, and service-based offerings. No physical goods are shipped. After a successful purchase, clients receive access to their electronic content or services by email, secure link, or account login, typically within 24 hours of payment completion.

Because all products and services are delivered electronically, there are no traditional shipping fees, carriers, or delivery timeframes. Clients are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking their inbox (including spam or promotions folders) for access instructions.
